Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage strategic networking ecosystem partnerships to achieve business and technology objectives.
  • •Align partner roadmaps by identifying synergies, disconnects, and opportunities; influence change as needed.
  • •Translate customer requirements, market signals, and technology trends into ecosystem product strategies and requirements.
  • •Evaluate and guide trade-offs across performance, power, cost, scalability, and time-to-market.
  • •Lead cross-functional ecosystem planning initiatives and support executive decision-making with structured analysis and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • •Strong experience in the computing industry (OEM/ODM or CSP level) with networking system architecture for large-scale data centers.
  • •Background in optics and network connectivity, including switching-focused networking solutions.
  • •Experience with standards bodies (e.g., IEEE, SNIA) and enabling/building/deploying industry standards and ecosystems.
  • •Strong customer-facing, cross-functional experience with AI workloads/solutions and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
