Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the legal framework: contracts with tutors, vendors, partners, and clients in the US, plus corporate structure and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years with a strong foundation from Big 4 (Deals/TS/Valuation/Audit), an investment fund, a law firm, or finance ownership in a scaling startup.

  • •Comfortable working with cross-border structures (US entities/contracts and basics of multiple jurisdictions).
  • •Confident written and spoken English for building a US product.
