  • •Realize WSP and client net zero carbon commitments through sustainable, low-carbon design delivery.

  • •Interpret client specification requirements and develop designs for pipework (heating, cooling, hot/cold water) and ventilation systems.
  • •Select plant and equipment based on designs and ensure compliance with Building Regulations (Part L) and net zero requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in mechanical building services design in the Rail environment, including heating, cooling, hot/cold water, and ventilation systems.
  • •Chartership status with a UK Engineering Institution.
  • •Understanding of Network Rail and/or London Underground standards.
  • •Experience designing controls/BMS for mechanical systems.
  • •Detailed knowledge of compliance requirements for Building Regulations, Part L, and other MEP sustainable and net zero design requirements.
