Job Summary

Play a key role in a high-profile Cost to Serve and process transformation initiative within Operations by building a robust, data-led view of operational cost drivers and process efficiency. Partner with the Data Centre of Excellence and Operations/Finance teams to develop and refine cost models, gather and validate activity-based data, identify trends and inefficiencies, and quantify benefits to support well-documented business cases and investment decisions.

•Support analysis of operational cost drivers by linking financial data to business activities and processes.
•Assist in developing and refining Cost to Serve models for better visibility of process-level costs.
•Work with the Data CoE and Operations teams to gather, structure, and validate activity-based data.
•Identify trends, anomalies, and areas of high manual effort or process inefficiency.
•Help quantify potential benefits from process improvements, automation, or re-engineering and ensure outputs are robust and well-documented.
