Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers across Japan as a senior technical advisor and business partner to CTOs, CISOs, Security Architects, and Security Engineers.
  • •Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive touchpoints, presenting tailored cloud security assessment recommendations using AI-assisted summaries and CRM enrichment.
  • •Identify and build expansion business cases using data-driven insights and AI-powered account research; work with sales on upsell and cross-sell.
  • •Anticipate deployment and adoption risk by partnering with technical teams on system design, configuration, resiliency, and authoring/refining SOWs and playbooks.
  • •Design and deliver region-based workshops and user groups; synthesize customer feedback patterns with AI tools and relay actionable insights to product and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., CSM, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer) with a track record on complex, high-value accounts.
  • •Native or near-native Japanese fluency (written and verbal) to read contracts/technical documentation and communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • •Professional fluency in English for internal collaboration.
  • •Deep knowledge of network security technologies including proxies, firewalls, SSL/TLS, IPSec, SSO (SAML/OAuth/LDAP), MDM, Cloud APIs, SIEM, DLP, and CASB gateways.
  • •Comfort presenting and influencing executive-level audiences, with strong project management to manage a demanding portfolio and independently exercise sound judgment.
