Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for technology, sales, and leadership roles, driving sourcing and screening through to close while delivering a seamless candidate experience. Join a lean People Operations team focused on expanding the candidate pipeline across US offices. Proactively source passive and active candidates, build strong pipelines, partner with hiring managers and recruiters, and use data and market insights to improve outreach and sourcing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
•Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates aligned with hiring priorities.
•Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.
•Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Ops to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies.
•Use data and market insights to inform outreach strategies and innovate sourcing techniques beyond traditional platforms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 38 - 85 hourly

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche roles in operational or risk/compliance functions.
•Deep familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem) and CRM/ATS systems.
•Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency.
•Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful with the ability to initiate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•A passion for talent and belief in the value of a great candidate experience.
