Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes across global change programs.
•Establish and maintain portfolio governance across the Value Stream (VS) and Sub-Value Streams (SVS), partnering with Business Transformation Portfolio teams to ensure joined-up oversight and decision-making.
•Proactively identify early warning indicators of delivery risk (schedule, scope, cost, resourcing, dependency health) and drive appropriate resolution paths with Tech Leads and stakeholders.
•Provide clear, concise portfolio status updates to central portfolio teams to enable consolidated reporting and escalation of items requiring senior management attention.
•Embed lessons learned and continuous improvement loops across the VS/SVS to strengthen delivery maturity over time.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in portfolio and programme management, delivering end-to-end strategic outcomes across global change programs.
•Strong governance, reporting, and risk management skills with ability to escalate and drive resolution.
•Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across technology and business transformation.
•Financial and resource planning experience including budgeting and prioritisation.
•Experience in banking/financial services is preferred.
