Job Summary

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for product usage reporting and enterprise analytics. Own the end-to-end flow from instrumentation through ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, and BI reporting (e.g., Power BI). Drive data governance, RACI frameworks, and data quality through validation, quality gates, monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Partner across Data Engineering, Product, Analytics, and BI, mentoring junior engineers and participating in architectural reviews.

•Build end-to-end data pipelines from product instrumentation through ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, and reporting layers (e.g., Power BI).
•Lead documentation and ownership for source-of-truth datasets, including metric definitions, joins, schema transformations, and lineage.
•Establish data governance and ownership models across the data lifecycle, including RACI frameworks and downstream impact management.
•Implement data validation strategies, quality gates, monitoring/alerting/anomaly detection, and perform root-cause analysis for incidents.
•Act as a technical point of contact across Data Engineering, Product, Analytics, and BI; mentor junior engineers and participate in architectural reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,000 - 257,550 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a closely related field.
•Proficiency in unified data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
•Proficiency in SQL and at least one modern data transformation framework (e.g., dbt, Spark, Dataflow).
•Hands-on experience building high-capacity data integration solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•Experience with semantic modeling and BI consumption layers, including Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
