Job Function: Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

•Analyse the investor profile, determine the risk level and collect the required set of documentation to meet applicable laws and regulations and in the respect of internal AML Policy procedures
•Respond to all clients and internal department queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner in accordance with departmental procedures
•Take delivery of the applications and supporting documents through a workflow system
•Assess the content of the documents for completion and compliance to Standard Registration requirements and Pre-determined AML/KYC requirements
•Input the content of the documents onto the line of business and transmit relevant communications to Clients/Investors

Key Requirements

•Experience in a similar AML/Transfer Agency role (3+ years)
•Fluency in English (written and spoken); French or German is a plus
•Sound knowledge of Transfer Agency duties and financial markets
•Good understanding of IT system flows and MS Office
•Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and demonstrate analytical thinking
