Job Summary

Join as a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) to support and maintain clients’ IT infrastructure. You’ll proactively monitor systems, manage incident and request queues within SLAs, investigate and resolve issues, and update ServiceNow tickets. The role includes change execution with risk mitigation, ticket auditing and improvement recommendations, client escalations, and assisting with disaster recovery activities and tests.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore services.
•Manage work queues and handle incidents and requests within agreed SLAs, updating tickets with actions taken.
•Execute changes with proper risk understanding and contribute to change management with detailed documentation.
•Audit incident and request tickets for quality, recommend improvements, and identify opportunities for automation.
•Handle client escalations professionally and support disaster recovery functions and testing when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Ability to plan activities and projects while adapting to changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience) with strong communication and client-focused mindset.
