Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide breakdown and general service for all makes of compressors and ancillary equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Provide after-hours call-out assistance and call-back availability when rostered on duty.
  • •Conduct overnight field trips to service breakdowns, maintenance, and customer support, including fault finding and repairs.
  • •Promote and sign up medium to long-term customers under Air Cover preventative maintenance plans, and pass sales leads to sales staff.
  • •Complete documentation and administrative requirements, submit risk assessments and job safety analysis within 48 hours, and submit daily timesheets.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold Trade Qualifications Cert III – Fitter and Turner with a minimum of 5 years maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of compressors or similar equipment is essential.
  • •Ability to converse and communicate technical and product information to internal and external customers.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to determine root cause.
  • •Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
