Job Summary

The Service Cloud Account Executive drives awareness and sales of Salesforce Service Cloud, Support, Call Center, and Field Service solutions across the Mediterranean and Eastern Europe. You’ll formulate a Service Cloud sales strategy, grow revenue by expanding within existing customers and acquiring new ones, and collaborate with the core account team to close deals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the Mediterranean and Eastern European region.
•Penetrate the current customer base to expand usage of Salesforce Service Cloud, Support and Field Service solutions.
•Identify and develop new commercial customers in the specified region, working closely with the Core Account Executive and broader account team.
•Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their challenges and goals and evangelizing Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
•Collaborate with extended sales teams to maximize deal success and ensure customer satisfaction.

•Experience and consistent track record in solution sales within the software industry.
•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
•Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
•Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
