Key Responsibilities

  • •Build seasonal outlet directives by region with the Senior VM Director and Global Head of Buying for Outlets to deliver visual and commercial objectives.
  • •Create and maintain the Outlet VM Handbook, including VM standards, tools, and implementation guidance.
  • •Manage monthly floor set moves across all EMEA outlet stores in partnership with store teams to ensure consistent visual identity and brand standards.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration with Global and Regional Buying, Merchandising, and Retail teams to shape monthly and long-term outlet VM strategies aligned to commercial needs and seasonal objectives.
  • •Drive best-in-class execution by reviewing planograms and competitor displays, and support global outlet window production and execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 45,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced Visual Merchandising professional with strong global and/or regional retail experience and a focus on elevated customer experiences through visual execution.
  • •Ability to develop and implement seasonal VM directives, floorplans, display standards, and launch guidelines across multiple store formats while balancing brand and commercial objectives.
  • •Strong understanding of outlet retail environments and translating commercial needs into clear visual merchandising solutions.
  • •Cross-functional partnership experience with Retail, Buying, Merchandising, and Regional VM teams to drive consistent execution across markets.
  • •Highly proficient in creating presentations and VM implementation tools and guidelines, with strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
