Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while growing and maintaining new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to recommend financial solutions, referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Meet or exceed individual and branch sales targets through deposit, credit, convenience, and other product offerings. Cross-train as needed to perform teller duties, handle maintenance requests and transactions, and support retail leadership routines while maintaining compliance with controls and risk policies.
