Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and implementation of authentication and authorization solutions for internal and external users of Mercado Envíos.
  • •Define and manage OKRs and KPIs aligned to IAM and Information Security, implementing policies and standards for 130,000+ identities.
  • •Coordinate initiatives with multiple areas (Business, IT Shipping, IS Shipping) to set working agreements focused on end users.
  • •Manage the development and evolution of IAM tools and processes, incorporating intelligent automation and AI-based initiatives to improve Shipping user experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and high operational impact.
  • •Knowledge of logistics operations and recurring operational use cases.
  • •Technical capability to lead architecture and design discussions, including REST API development.
  • •Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and strong Information Security principles.
  • •Experience defining OKRs and KPIs aligned to IAM and Information Security strategies.
