Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures aligned with company and contractor roles and expectations.
  • •Coordinate the development and implementation of project works.
  • •Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules, including critical path and schedule risk analysis.
  • •Analyze baseline deviations in the Project Master schedule, identify bottlenecks/delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • •Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling contributions to Monthly Project Reports and resourcing plans, and feed vendor/supplier/contractor schedule data into planning systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a construction-related field.
  • •Expertise in project controls, plan and schedule management, preferably in the Life Sector or other complex asset types.
  • •Experienced with project scheduling tools, with Primavera P6 preferred.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule and deliver project/program status reporting.
  • •Fluent English and German (written and verbal), with willingness to work from the construction site 3 days a week.
