Job Summary

Provide front-line production and trade support for equities trading systems supporting options, futures, and swaps for both client and internal users. Triage and resolve complex application and technical issues, track bugs impacting production stability, and drive mitigations. Monitor application components, support compliance/legal queries, document procedures and troubleshooting FAQs, and coordinate with product managers and development teams to improve supported workflows. Participate in global weekend coverage and perform UAT and Prod/DR installations and automation.

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
•Knowledge of PowerShell and SQL.
•Knowledge of FIX protocol.
•Knowledge of structured products, swaps, and derivative business.
