Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards and document exterior/interior condition.
  • •Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles safely on dealer client lots.
  • •Verify vehicle identification details (VINs, mileage, sub-series, options) and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Engage dealer clients to build trust, educate on mobile inspection services, and manage territory coverage/scheduling.
  • •Prepare daily activity and production reports, collaborate with other teams, and comply with safety and inspection standards including the NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy.
