Senior Property Evaluator

Build and operate an independent, RERA- and RICS-compliant property valuation practice across Dubai. Conduct physical inspections and market valuations for residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and land assets, producing reports using the Market, Income, and Cost approaches. Monitor UAE market trends, maintain comparable sales/leasing databases, manage bank panel relationships, and deliver valuation advisory. Mentor junior valuers and ensure audit-ready compliance through DLD electronic registration and ongoing RERA/RICS eligibility.
