Training Compliance Officer

Coordinate site-based training and compliance at Grosvenor Mine by maintaining training records, identifying gaps, and managing end-to-end delivery of targeted training programs. Support internal and external stakeholders with training enquiries, monitor crew proficiency against site training needs, and ensure training systems meet corporate policy and legislative requirements through reporting, site access control, and training compliance audits.
