Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Practice safe job practices while performing repairs and maintain required paperwork/electronic documentation daily.
  • •Order parts as needed and use real-time information to determine root cause and corrective action for issues.
  • •Assist with training lower-level technicians and support pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with extensive knowledge of construction equipment and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Ability to perform maintenance and repair using a high degree of independent judgment; experience in field service, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
  • •Strong teamwork and verbal/written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
