  • •Execute and evolve employee listening programs across engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, and other lifecycle surveys.
  • •Turn employee feedback into actionable insights by identifying trends, themes, risks, and opportunities, and creating narratives for leaders.
  • •Own and continuously improve the onboarding journey from pre-boarding through the first 90 days, partnering across cross-functional teams.
  • •Evaluate and redesign employee experience processes to simplify, standardize, redesign, or automate workflows with clear ownership and measures of success.
  • •Build feedback loops and evaluate program effectiveness to continuously improve how feedback is collected, interpreted, and acted on.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually
