Key Responsibilities

  • •Own video customer engagements end to end with the GM, core technical teams, and commercial stakeholders from feasibility through post-delivery support.
  • •Translate customer model-development goals into executable technical plans with clear acceptance criteria and operate the implementations.
  • •Build tooling that turns raw footage into describable, sellable outputs, expanding approaches for volume requests and quality checking unknown datasets.
  • •Identify recurring patterns from customer requests to become shared cross-vertical platform capabilities and contribute to designing and building them.
  • •Act as default technical owner across the video vertical portfolio, owning end-to-end architecture and delivery including post-delivery support and iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of engineering experience with meaningful exposure to customers or external technical stakeholders.
  • •Experience working directly with media data, with a strong preference for video.
  • •Experience building and operating systems that process, analyze, or deliver data at scale.
  • •Customer-facing ability to translate ambiguous requirements, communicate trade-offs, and build trust.
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end ownership from problem definition through implementation, validation, and support.
