Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own Talent’s content governance strategy and operating rhythms, including standards and recurring reviews across the knowledge estate.
  • •Own taxonomy, information architecture, and indexing for the Netflix Resource Center and wider Talent knowledge estate to improve discoverability and usability.
  • •Make Talent knowledge AI-ready by defining structure and metadata practices (e.g., tagging, chunking, consistent Q&A) for accurate retrieval.
  • •Partner with GBP stewards and subject-matter experts to shape standards and feedback loops that turn policy content into user-friendly, searchable knowledge, including AI-assisted gap identification and drafting workflows.
  • •Track knowledge health metrics (search failure rate, deflection, resolution, staleness, self-service CSAT) and define roadmap and team needs to scale governance and alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in knowledge management, content strategy, information architecture, or HR/People Ops enablement, including time owning strategy rather than only executing it.
  • •Build or run content governance in a federated org where you don't hold authority over content-producing teams.
  • •Experience building or leading a team, or standing up a new function from scratch.
  • •Use a product-minded, metrics-driven approach (e.g., search analytics, deflection, CSAT) to drive content decisions.
