Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in mechanical design of electric motors.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Strong fundamentals in material selection, mechanics/dynamics, thermal analysis, DFM, and tolerancing.
  • •Proficiency with 3D CAD modeling and experience with GD&T and stack-up analyses to set realistic tolerancing limits.
  • •Experience delivering motor products from design through production, including hands-on integration with power electronics, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
