Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the investment management of Core Asia investment strategies, accountable for decision-making and performance.
  • •Set direction for the Core Asia investment management function to deliver consistent high-quality outcomes, including Morningstar ratings.
  • •Embed strong investment process execution governance and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • •Manage and develop portfolio managers across the Core Asia team, mentoring equity research analysts and strengthening platform relationships.
  • •Partner with portfolio managers and key stakeholders to align investment management priorities with business objectives and contribute to Asia growth ambitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring substantial institutional investment management experience with a successful performance track record.
  • •Demonstrate deep understanding of equity markets, capital markets, and institutional research processes.
  • •Build capability through people management across portfolio managers and development of equity research analysts.
  • •Apply disciplined governance and compliance in line with regulatory and internal standards.
