Job Summary

Own technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities by translating customer requirements into solutions using Grafana Labs technology. Partner with Sales on value proposition and competitive positioning, deliver product and technical presentations, and drive product conversations around customer needs. Also create enablement content such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge-base articles, sharing feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
