VA Mortgage Loan Officer

Proactively solicit residential mortgage business with a focus on VA lending by building and maintaining referral networks across real estate professionals, builders, and other centers of influence. Assist clients in selecting appropriate loan programs, complete mortgage applications, provide required disclosures, and evaluate loan requests using financial data to determine collateral and credit qualification. Maintain client contact throughout the process while ensuring compliance with HMDA, SAFE Act, and all applicable federal and state regulations.
