Operations Manager

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for building materials, including dispatch coordination, inventory control, and accurate loading/unloading to support timely deliveries. Lead and supervise warehouse staff and drivers, administer work hours, and ensure compliance with safety standards through audits and meetings. Partner with the Branch Manager on order processing, end-of-day balancing, and continuous improvement while maintaining logistics equipment readiness and customer-focused service.
