Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client needs and exposures, design solutions, and negotiate with insurance carriers to obtain coverage aligned to client interests.
  • •Develop and manage client relationships, account strategies, and insurance marketing activities for a book of business.
  • •Act as the primary negotiator and coordinate placement and day-to-day activities on client accounts.
  • •Compare and analyze insurance policies to determine needed enhancements and advise on market trends and underwriting practices.
  • •Provide guidance to junior staff and support the development and growth of personal book of business and team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of financial lines insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience, focused on Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime and Special Risk.
