•Lead and develop the Canberra cost management team and grow key client relationships.
•Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market.
•Be a proactive member of the Canberra senior leadership team, with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team.
•Work closely with the wider CM business, particularly NSW.
•Take responsibility for your deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.

Key Requirements

•A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
•MRICS / AIQS accreditation ideal
•10+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles
•Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skill
