Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve beverages and food to guests efficiently and professionally in a music hall atmosphere.
  • •Interact with guests, cultivate repeat business, and suggestively sell beverages and menu items.
  • •Prepare beverages per standard recipes and venue specifications, and record equipment failures or safety hazards in the bar log.
  • •Recognize intoxication, refuse further alcohol service safely, and ensure responsible alcohol service per training and HOB policies.
  • •Handle opening/running/closing duties, prepare and process guest checks (POS), and perform bartender bank/cash pull/check-out and related checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and/or required state/county licensee/certification requirement.
  • •Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • •Cash handling experience.
  • •Physically able to lift or move up to 25 lbs and pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill.
  • •Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork, including dealing with intoxicated guests safely and courteously.
