Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a business adviser on accounting implications of transactions involving multidisciplinary teams (tax, mergers and acquisitions, cash and cash equivalents, etc.).
  • •Keep track of ongoing changes in accounting standards and advise senior management on their potential impacts.
  • •Write accounting opinions and serve as the contact for auditors’ questions.
  • •Participate in the preparation/revision of notes to quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • •Minimum of 5 years’ experience including experience in a firm.
