Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with drivers and clients to ensure that deliveries are out and track shipments according to clients’ requirements
  • •Partner with driver operations team to coordinate on logistics personnel (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements for projects
  • •Prepare end-of-day reports and invoices when required for clients and the local team
  • •Arrange same-day deliveries for events and projects
  • •Attend to clients’ requests and assist with claims for additional charges

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • •Familiar with G-Suite
  • •Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Willing to commit to a 5-day work week and 1 weekend, with Evening Shift (1pm - 10pm)
