Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and collate QA documentation, reports, and records, including AOQL and other QA information.
  • •Manage QA paperwork and process data returns, validating inputs and maintaining Excel-based databases.
  • •Provide reception and general administrative support, and support investigation activities by gathering, reviewing, and sharing information.
  • •Support Production operations: coordinate feed ordering, resolve feed supply disruptions, and raise SAP purchase orders for shared expenses.
  • •Process supplier invoices and allocate/process non-purchase order invoices through SAP Concur with the required approval workflows.
