Key Responsibilities

  • •Own division strategy, growth, and operations for the Transit-Rail business in the West Coast of the United States.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and people management for division staff.
  • •Lead account management, business development, capture management, and project delivery.
  • •Position, win, and recruit for major transit-rail projects while balancing delivery and client service.
  • •Collaborate with other business lines and global transit delivery teams to serve West Coast clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, with 12+ years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •4+ years of demonstrated leadership managing large teams with prior Profit & Loss (P&L) center experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management.
  • •Ability to build broad internal/external networks and communicate to inspire and lead others.
  • •Preferred: Registered Civil Engineer in California or Washington, plus ability to mentor technical staff and manage multiple priorities professionally.
