Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Wing’s active client fulfillment pipeline day-to-day, ensuring each item has clear status, owner, next action, and expected completion date.
  • •Conduct daily reviews of pipeline movement, identify aging/stalled accounts and bottlenecks, and flag risks to staffing or launch timelines.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition/Staffing, Onboarding/Training, Operations, Product/service teams, and Finance to prevent delays.
  • •Review newly closed accounts and confirm operational requirements are complete; validate role requirements, client expectations, staffing needs, timelines, and special conditions.
  • •Serve as the first escalation point for pipeline issues, establish pipeline SLAs, monitor accountability, and produce weekly/monthly pipeline health reporting and forecasts.
