Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the HSE Management System (HSEMS) and execute HSE plans throughout the project.
  • •Maintain strict compliance with the company Health and Safety policy, including spot checks for unsafe practices.
  • •Conduct HSE observations and incident/accident analysis, recommend corrective actions, and track close-out.
  • •Supervise subcontractors and site teams on safety issues and conduct inspections of sites, tools, and equipment.
  • •Prepare and coordinate HSE training, observe emergency mock drills, and maintain HSE registers, reports, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Degree.
  • •Relevant HSE Management Qualification.
  • •NEBOSH / OSHA Certification or Membership.
  • •Dredging and marine construction HSE officer experience to support safe operations across projects.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of the ISM Code, mandatory rules and regulations, and applicable standards.
