Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently execute red-team designs, models, and analyses to hunt failure modes and hidden assumptions
  • •Contribute to models and simulations to prove or break claims, including developing analysis tooling
  • •Reconstruct and independently verify others’ work to find errors and missed risks
  • •Work cross-functionally with Systems, GNC, Software, Hardware, Mission Ops, and Test teams, translating findings into actionable guidance
  • •Communicate complex results with strong visual presentation to engineers, leadership, and stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Currently able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • •Hands-on experience designing/building and analyzing real engineering systems (not analysis-only)
  • •Track record of finding problems others miss (failure analysis, adversarial review, independent verification)
  • •Ability to independently own and execute deliverables with little to no management
  • •Proficiency with physics-math scripting (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Python with numpy/scipy)
