Assistant Manager - 40 hours

Support the Store Manager to drive the store’s commercial success by leading daily execution, meeting sales and KPI targets, and ensuring strong floor leadership. Monitor performance using reports and action plans, take ownership of store operations including stock, payroll, and rotas, and coach the team through training and feedback. Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards and step in fully for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
