Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose business problems before building AI solutions, map workflows and identify constraints to determine if AI is the right intervention
  • •Own AI initiatives end-to-end from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment and iteration
  • •Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly with working prototypes and measurable business value
  • •Improve organizational flow by reducing bottlenecks and increasing throughput, measuring success with flow metrics and ROI
  • •Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems using APIs, orchestration tools, and platforms (e.g., GitLab Duo Agent Platform) and adapt tools as needed

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programming skills in a modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns
  • •Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including prompt engineering as a core discipline and end-to-end AI delivery
  • •Ability to design, implement, and iterate AI-powered solutions with production-quality code
  • •Experience evaluating models for cost-performance trade-offs and choosing appropriate AI architectures (RAG, fine-tuning, etc.)
  • •Experience in building solutions that map business workflows, identify constraints, and measure impact with business metrics
