Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end production for Tier 1 internal events, including briefs, timelines, budgets, delivery, and wrap.
•Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners by setting briefs, holding quality standards, and ensuring delivery reflects Canva’s bar.
•Build and maintain operational systems, including templates, playbooks, approval chains, vendor contracts, and ways of working that scale.
•Maintain consolidated budget visibility across programs, tracking spend, forecasting, and reconciling actuals.
•Partner with Vibe leads across global campuses and work with cross-functional teams to align planning and deliver locally grounded programs.
