Job Summary

Lead BMC’s strategic technology partnership with SAP for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) customers and SAP HANA migrations. Own go-to-market execution, partners enablement, and product integration strategy by building and managing the global partnership, developing value propositions, and driving pipeline with SAP and BMC teams. Manage the full sales cycle point of contact, coordinate global cross-functional priorities, and represent BMC in customer and executive-facing events.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and oversee a new strategic partnership with SAP, positioning BMC as a strategic technology partner.
•Build and own the partnership globally, leveraging SAP relationships and fostering executive-level collaboration.
•Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand BMC’s presence with SAP customers.
•Work closely with SAP to position BMC solutions within SAP and its customers across the full sales cycle.
•Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive growth priorities, demand generation, sales plays, customer events, and partner/customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated partner management experience in technology/product partnerships and strategic alliances.
•At least 5 years of SAP experience working at or with SAP’s partners and sales organizations with a proven track record.
•Deep understanding of ERP, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions, including SAP partnership and sales organizations, processes, and GTM motions.
•Proven track record in B2B partner management, GTM, and sales enablement, building and managing strategic alliances with major technology providers.
•Right to work in the United Kingdom and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
