Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage shift production to meet safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals.
  • •Lead safety efforts, partnering with the EHS Manager to maintain safety policies and programs and support daily audits and incident investigations.
  • •Oversee daily production and schedules, monitor products against specifications, and investigate/report when production standards are not met.
  • •Analyze production information using the production dashboard and SAP; drive continuous improvement and sustain initiative gains.
  • •Supervise production employees, manage timecards and coverage, conduct performance reviews, ensure training is current, and support employee relations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related experience (or equivalent totaling 5+ years).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to monitor and ensure safety and quality compliance and investigate incidents/near misses.
  • •Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite (SAP experience is a plus).
  • •Proven leadership skills, including performance reviews, training currency, and fair application of disciplinary processes.
