Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the team by hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and educating employees on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Oversee daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before production start-up and that machinery is operating properly with passing USDA inspection.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Oversee processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems, including providing ongoing quality education.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma; additional vocational or college courses preferred.

  • •Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
