Utilities Unit Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant Utilities Unit to ensure utilities asset availability and efficiency. Lead steam, power, air, and water generation and distribution, drive performance improvements, monitor energy and water consumption metrics, and manage budgets. Develop short- and long-term utility operating strategies, implement the Ingredion Performance System, lead root-cause elimination for interruptions, and report key KPIs using tools like Power BI and SAP.
