Join the production team to process poultry products on the processing line using tools and equipment while following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards. You’ll monitor equipment, report malfunctions and safety concerns, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow food safety, animal welfare, and biosecurity guidelines. The role is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and participation in continuous improvement.
