Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, functional tests, component replacements, and repairs per FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
  • •Use comprehensive aircraft systems knowledge to complete maintenance tasks and diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and avionics issues, escalating when needed.
  • •Select and use appropriate diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics to analyze failures and determine corrective actions within established procedures.
  • •Complete required FAA maintenance documentation, aircraft log entries, inspection records, and corrective-action and return-to-service documentation; support audits and quality programs.
  • •Provide technical assistance and training to less experienced technicians and identify improvements to maintenance procedures, tools, workflows, and operating practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum four (4) years of aircraft maintenance experience, including independently troubleshooting and repairing aircraft systems.
  • •Experience in an MRO, airline, charter, corporate aviation, or similar aircraft maintenance environment.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance operations, including engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and avionics.
  • •Strong understanding of FAA regulations and applicable aviation authority requirements (including FAA Parts 65, 43, and 91).
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required and OEM general familiarization training within one year (college/technical education preferred).
