Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather operational information to keep E2E milestones on the proper timeline and support fast-track progress.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders on cycle progress during development, ensuring sample delivery is on time.
  • •Update and summarize real-time data for all concerned departments to reflect rapid changes.
  • •Follow up design development status, quality issues, and development progress to ensure validation and testing within the right timeframe.
  • •Manage BOM updates and correct design versions for costing, and analyze cost options to support decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • •3 years of experience in a management level role in the jewellery industry (preferred).
  • •Effective communication in both English and Thai.
  • •Strong knowledge of business timeline and process tracking.
  • •Good computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
