Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform industrial/technical maintenance tasks safely, correcting and reporting unsafe conditions and hazards.
  • •Improve equipment reliability and efficiency using 5S, TPM, autonomous maintenance, and other lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • •Develop and run scheduled maintenance programs, including TPM audits and maintenance of assigned work areas (VS).
  • •Conduct equipment failure root-cause analysis and schedule maintenance downtime for preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • •Coordinate and chair equipment improvement teams, and purchase/coordinate components for equipment improvement and relocation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of formal industrial or technical maintenance experience or formal tech school in industrial maintenance.
  • •Experience writing and performing preventive maintenance procedures, with knowledge of basic hand tools and safety requirements.
  • •Ability to work from prints and schematics and recommend equipment component changes that improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • •Ability to perform minor equipment modifications (e.g., machine guarding, sensor locations) to reduce downtime.
  • •Willingness to work all three shifts and split shifts as required to implement, audit, and sustain the TPM program.
